VAPI DEAL AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Agreement is entered into between Purna River Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “Management”) and the Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”), upon successful payment of the VAPI Deal.
By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Agreement
1.1 This is a prepaid, non-refundable promotional agreement for availing picnic visits at Purna River Retreat.
1.2 This Agreement does not constitute a standard service contract and is subject to strict compliance with all stated terms.

2. Deal Structure
2.1 The Customer shall pay ₹1250 per person for entitlement to two (2) separate picnic visits.
2.2 Minimum purchase requirement is two (2) persons.
2.3 The entitlement includes:
• Entry to the premises
• Access to all activities
• Unlimited lunch (per visit)
2.4 Any additional services including breakfast, high tea, snacks, or café items shall be charged separately.

3. Validity and Activation
3.1 The Agreement shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years from the activation date.
3.2 Activation shall occur on the 11th day from the date of purchase.
3.3 Upon expiry, the entitlement shall lapse automatically without any obligation of refund or extension.

4. Booking and Utilization
4.1 The Customer shall mandatorily book each visit at least 15 days in advance via official WhatsApp communication.
4.2 Walk-in entries shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
4.3 All bookings shall be subject to availability and capacity constraints as determined solely by Management.

5. Identity Verification
5.1 The Agreement shall be strictly linked to the individuals registered at the time of purchase.
5.2 The Customer and associated persons shall:
• Carry valid Aadhaar identification
• Possess access to the mobile number linked with Aadhaar
5.3 Management reserves the right to verify identity through document inspection and/or mobile-based verification.
5.4 Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in denial of entry without refund.

6. Non-Transferability
6.1 This Agreement is strictly non-transferable and non-assignable.
6.2 The Customer shall not sell, transfer, or substitute any person covered under this Agreement.
6.3 Any violation shall result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Age Classification and Additional Charges
7.1 Age shall be determined at the time of visit and not at the time of purchase.
7.2 Applicable rules:
• Below 5 years: No charge
• 5 to 8 years: 50% of applicable price
• Above 8 years: Full applicable price
7.3 In case of age transition into a higher category at the time of visit, the Customer shall be liable to pay the applicable differential amount.

8. Fixed Participant Condition
8.1 The individuals registered at the time of purchase shall be considered final.
8.2 Replacement, substitution, or modification of participants shall not be permitted.

9. Visit Consumption
9.1 A visit shall be deemed consumed upon entry into the premises.
9.2 No partial usage, refund, or carry-forward shall be allowed for unused services within a visit.

10. Capacity Limitation
10.1 Entry shall be subject to a maximum daily capacity as determined by Management.
10.2 Possession of a valid Agreement does not guarantee entry without prior confirmed booking.

11. Payment and Refund Policy
11.1 All payments made under this Agreement are final and non-refundable.
11.2 No refunds shall be issued for:
• Cancellation by Customer
• Delay or non-attendance
• Personal reasons or change of plans
11.3 Management may, at its sole discretion, allow rescheduling subject to availability.

12. Fraud and Misuse
12.1 The following shall constitute misuse:
• Use of fake or duplicate identification
• Attempt to bypass pricing or eligibility conditions
• Unauthorized transfer or duplication of benefits
12.2 In such cases, Management reserves the right to:
• Cancel the Agreement
• Deny entry
• Withhold all payments without refund
• Restrict future access

13. Conduct and Safety
13.1 The Customer and associated persons shall adhere to all safety guidelines and property rules.
13.2 Management reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct without refund.

14. Force Majeure
14.1 Management shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural conditions
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
14.2 In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at Management discretion without refund obligation.

15. Management Rights
15.1 Management reserves the absolute right to:
• Modify operational procedures
• Adjust inclusions without reducing core entitlement
• Refuse service in case of non-compliance
• Interpret and enforce terms as final authority

16. Payment Link and Transaction Integrity
16.1 Payment must be made only through official channels provided by Management.
16.2 Duplicate or repeated attempts may result in reuse of existing payment links for security purposes.
16.3 Management shall not be responsible for payments made through unauthorized means.

17. Jurisdiction
17.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
17.2 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.

18. Acceptance of Terms
18.1 By completing the purchase, the Customer confirms that:
• All information provided is accurate
• All participants agree to these terms
• The Customer has read, understood, and accepted all conditions in full

Declaration
This is a discounted advance purchase agreement, and the benefits offered are conditional upon strict adherence to all terms stated herein.
